Tail-Waggers Club at La Salle Public Library

Families are invited to join in with reading with Reading Dogs at the La Salle Public Library.  Several Reading Dogs and their humans visit the library; there, the dogs are entertained with stories read by children.  Pre-readers, struggling readers, proficient readers-the dogs truly enjoy all of the stories. Kids choose their favorite short book and read aloud for about 5 minutes.  Usually, children will have more than on opportunity to read.
