Branch Pick-up

Just a reminder, if you have branches to be picked up, please place them at the curb. Call the city at 815-223-3755 and request a branch pick-up. Provide your name and address. Branches cannot be picked up in alleys. The fee is $10.00 for the first 15 minutes of work and .75 cents for every minute the crew works beyond the first 15 minutes. Branches can be no longer than 6 feet in length and 3 inches in diameter. City crews cannot remove tree trunks, stumps or large quantities of branches. The fee will be added to your water bill. Branch pick-up will run through November or until the weather allows. Branches will not be picked up without a request.
