"Keepsake Winter Centerpiece Begins with Winter Evergreens"

On Tuesday, December 1st, at 6:00 p.m. the La Salle Public Library will host Natalie Martin, University of Illinois Master Gardener volunteer, when she presents, "Keepsake Winter Centerpiece Begins with Winter Evergreens."

Presented in tutorial format, Natalie Martin, will demonstrate the creative process of crafting a winter centerpiece for the home, utilizing common items or materials, such as pine cones, fabric, holiday ornaments, evergreens (faux or live) and keepsakes, like children 's crafts or mementos.   The step-by-step program will share the process of creating the basic structure and will provide ideas for making the centerpiece personal.   A materials list will be provided.   Craft along with Natalie during the live program and ask questions live or use the recording for reference.
