"Women in Space - Live Virtual Program" at La Salle Public Library

On Tuesday, August 4th at 6:00 p.m., the La Salle Public Library will host, virtually, NASA Solar System Ambassador, James Joel Knapper, when he presents, "Women in Space." 

From the women of Hidden Figures to Christina Koch, women have played major roles in the exploration of space.  Joel will showcase several women and their roles in space exploration, through stories, and in many cases, their own words.   This program is free, open to the public, and will be presented virtually.  It will be presented in a live virtual format, using Zoom software.
