Potholing work begins in La Salle as City works to identify lead lines

Residents in La Salle will begin seeing workers with the Get the Lead Out (GLO) Initiative performing potholing work as the City works to identify lead service lines. 

Workers will begin potholing between the hours of 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. beginning Tuesday, Sept. 2 for roughly three weeks to determine service lines. The hole should be restored the same day or the following day.

Work will begin between 3rd and 11th streets, east of Route 351. Those residing in this area will notice potholing work in their community during this time.

GLO representatives will also follow up with volunteer water samplers during this time.
