"Get Ready: NASA Total Solar Eclipse!" Preview at La Salle Library

On Thursday, June 22nd, 6:00 p.m. at the La Salle Public Library, James Joel Knapper, NASA Solar System Ambassador, will provide information on the upcoming total solar eclipse.   This informative program will help audience members to better understand what exactly happens during a solar eclipse, and what is meant by "the path of totality".   In August 2017, Illinoisians will have a rare opportunity to experience a partial solar eclipse. here in Central Illinois and a Total Eclipse in downstate.
