Tuesday, November 10, 2020

On Tuesday, November 10th, at 6:00 p.m., the La Salle Public Library will virtually host Illinois Department of Natural Resource Coordinator and University of Illinois Extension Master Naturalist, Lisa Sons, when she presents, "Fall Bird Migration and Winter Feeding."

What types of birds migrate in the fall?  How far do they travel?  Why do they migrate?  What species of birds stay all year round? What types of food should be put out for our winter backyard feathered friends?  All these questions and more will be covered during the presentation.   At the end of the presentation, Lisa will answer audience questions via live chat.

This program is free, open to the public.  If interested in attending, please register to receive the virtual viewing link by going to:  https://bit.ly/3jfnxd3.
