La Salle Library invites kids/parent to Museum of Science and Industry trip
“LaSalle Public Library – Museum of Science and Industry Field Trip”
On Saturday, July 31st, the LaSalle Public Library is inviting a youth, age 11 to 14, and a parent/guardian to be the Library’s guest for the day at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago. The all-day event, travel, lunch, and tickets will be paid via grant funding and will be free to Library guests.
The technology adventure field trip will include a visit to the Henry Crown Space Center and the Science Storms: Wonder is All-Natural exhibits. There are limited seats available. Transportation will be through Green River Lines. All participants must follow the COVID-19 guidelines set by the Library, the Museum of Science and Industry and by Green River during the trip. Funding for this field trip was made possible through grant funding by the Illinois State Library, a Department of the Office of the Secretary of State, Jesse White.
